I have been a supervisor since 2008. I work as a primary supervisor for Metanoia and an in-house group supervisor for the Minster Centre, as well as working in private practice with qualified and training psychotherapists. I think of supervision as a collegial activity where the support, welfare and development of the supervisee is as important as the clinical work and clients discussed.
